Jason Wood owner of Pandora Healing in Hawthorne NJ, will be offering an evening of healing through the use of sound and nature based traditions. Jason, blends the use of rattles, drums, three planetary gongs and 13 bowls to help produce a state of relaxation and healing. 

Sound has the wonderful ability to help our bodies relax and let go. As we let go our body begins to settle into to its natural state allowing for a space of healing and the release of old belief structures. When we release old belief structures we begin to realize our true nature and we discover a world that is filled with abundance and joy

You can either be seated in a chair or lie down.  If you choose to lie down, bring a mat or throw.
