Meditation Nation is back and this month we are taking our vibrations outside, we will connect with the evening ambrosial hours outside with a group meditation honoring the sun. Meditation followed by healing sound bath by Jason Wood, EMT  and conscious pot luck. If you haven't experienced Meditation Nation now is your chance to connect with yourself and other light beings in a day of community, and high vibrations.
