Do you have specific health goals like reaching a desired weight, exercising more, devoting time to a meditation or yoga practice, improving gut health and digestion, or maintaining a plant-based or Paleo diet? Did you also know that gathering together in loving community can protect your health? Indeed. It's true, and there's scientific evidence to prove it. Loneliness may be the greatest risk factor for your health, more so than a poor diet, bad habits, or lack of exercise. Community and friendship is the strongest healing force there is!
Being part of a community, and having like-minded friends to support you and share your health journey with, will accelerate your healing process and put you on the fast-track to a healthy & happy life. Even if you consider yourself in good health, community will add benefit to your life in ways you have never imagined!
Starting Sunday, November 6th, Peter Hoffman will host a Community Health Series. Classes will be held from 4-6pm on Sunday evenings during the month of November (4 classes). (Please note: The class on November 13th will be from 5-7.) The two hours classes will consist of four 30-minute segments:
2) An outdoor walk
3) Relevant health & lifestyle topic – discussion, questions, and personal experiences
4) A healthy meal – that can be enjoyed by anyone following any diet
If you want to effortlessly improve your health and meet like-minded friends at the same time, our Community Health Series will help you reach your health & lifestyle goals!
Cost: Preregister by 11/4 - $100. After 11/4 - $125. $35 Drop-In per class.
(Hoffmonious Life clients receive special pricing.)
