Lauren is yoga teacher and speech pathologist dedicated to bringing an integrative approach toward mindful communication to her clients. What she refers to as, Communicating Mindfulness, “...all experience is somatic experience. Whether it be the movement of body, our thoughts, or our emotions; we seek to communicate and express these experiences honestly and freely with ourselves and with others”.
This workshop is for anyone looking to deepen their meditation and breath work practice, or simply looking to reset, and restore.
