Acu-Lights Meditation with Evie Salerno, Saturday, November 23rd 7:00-8:15 pm

Evie Salerno has created an evening of complete rejuvenation by blending Acupressure, Reiki and Meditation together, giving you the ultimate in relaxation. She incorporates Lavender eye pillows and Stress Drops (weighted pillows) to add to the experience. The class begins with a guided meditation in resting pose, followed by short a energy healing session performed on each participant. A simulated Northern Lights effect will set the tone for an ethereal experience. The class ends with silent reflection and chamomile tea. This evening is a perfect recipe for finding spaciousness within and inner peace. Open to all levels. No prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
