Please join us for a celebration of the light that we all share. Winter Solstice is a time of renewal, reflection and rebirth. It is a time to pause and look inward to the areas of ourselves that have been darkened in order to shine some light of inner guidance. In this class we will have some spiritual guidance from Amy Pettinato, Angel card reader and channeler. We will also practice some meditations to strengthen our intuition and brighten our auras. Then we will share a Qigong practice to balance the organs with movement and vibrational healing with the singing bowls!
