Winter Solstice: Meditation and Ceremony with Lorin Oneal

Lorin Oneal.jpg

Join Lorin and community on this Winter’s Eve of rekindling the light during the pivotal time of the sun extending our days to follow. Enjoy an evening of cultivating a meditative, inner practice of deep peace with sacred Kundalini Meditation.

Winter is the season that beckons to us to engage in warmth- as in sitting by a fire, enjoying hot soups, hot cocoa, wearing warm sweaters, snuggling cozy pets and holding long hugs with loved ones. It is also a time for us to go deeper inward, listening, as in the silence of snow falling and finding a gentle calm that heals us from the inside out.

In order for us to retreat this way, whether alone or in company, a certain quietude and listening is required.

Yogi Bhajan taught the importance and gave the experience of meditative listening to the whispers of our soul through the chant
“Suni Ai.” He maintained that cultivating this mantra gave us the gift of an intuition that brings one into neutrality and serenity.

We invite you for an opportunity to tune into blissful chanting, the gentle resonance of Tibetan gong and silence, as we turn toward the light, as one.

Please wear white to increase the group radiance.

Cost: $25 per person
