The Core: The Foundation of Movement 6 week Fitness Series with Cliff Martin

Cliff Martin, certified personal trainer, is offering a six week series of body weight exercise classes at Pandora Healing! The series is designed to jumpstart your fitness routine with cardiovascular and strength building exercises.  Participants will perform standing and floor exercises for a full body workout.  Sessions will begin with a brief warmup and end with light stretching.  45 minutes per session.  1 session per week.  Yoga mats will be provided for floor work.  Participants should bring a bottle of water.

Class will meet every Thursday starting May 11th and ending June 21st

SERIES I FOCUS:  THE CORE:  FOUNDATION OF MOVEMENT

Many people focus only on the appearance of the midsection, but are not conscious of how vital it is to everyday movement.  This series will focus on strengthening the midsection, or core, which is involved in the majority of the body movements performed in our daily lives.  No prior exercise experience is required.

Cliff has been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2011.  He is also a personal weight loss and maintenance success story.

 Cliff works with people of all ages.  He seeks to bring knowledge, encouragement and the benefits of regular exercise to people who want to get and stay more fit.  His workout methods come mainly from athletics preparation and play, resistance training and body building techniques, and overall fitness techniques.  After getting his start in a small boutique gym offering personal training and a variety of small group exercise classes at all open hours, Cliff worked with clients in gyms and wellness centers in New York City and Hudson and Bergen Counties.  In 2016 Cliff started his company, DRW Training, and now trains clients at special venues and in their homes.

Cost: $120 if Pre Registered before 5/9 and  $140 if register after 5/9 and $25 Drop In
