Many Ancient Traditions have used sound to induce meditation and assist spiritual seekers with the process of enlightenment. Come experience the transformational power of sound and find out why many are calling it the medicine of the future. Sound is currently being used by many health professionals to help patients with the process of healing. Using 13 bowls calibrated to the chakras in the energy body and 3 planetary Gongs participants will experience a deep meditative state that will invoke physical rejuvenation.

You can either be seated in a chair or lie down.  If you choose to lie down, bring a mat or throw.
