Come join Mary Anne Gebhardt and Jason Wood for a night of deep relaxation. Together they will be offering a nourishing yoga and sound healing practice. Mary Anne will lead the class through Restorative Yoga poses, while Jason will accompany the poses with the healing frequencies of planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls. They will end with an extended sound bath savasana which will take you deeper into the sound current creating a meditative state that will lead to rejuvenation. The combination of these two powerful practices will help bring movement of your chi, open your chakras and guide your body to self healing.
