Tracy Flaherty is a Board Certified Integrative Health, Wellness and Lifestyle Coach Healthy Recipe Developer and Meditation Teach. Tracy has been working with women's group for 15 year and iscommitted to supporting them through, nutrition, balance, awareness and self-empowerment.
